We absolutely loved using the hospitality suite while we waited for our flight, letting us snorkel and soak up the sun. The koi pond was a delightful touch, and the two beautiful swimming pools were perfect for relaxation. The only minor hiccup was the inconsistent temps in the hot tub, but that didn't overshadow our amazing stay. 🌺

During our stay, we were impressed by the amazing mountain views and the tranquil atmosphere. The spacious one-bedroom suite provided all the comfort we needed, and the helpful staff made every effort to enhance our experience. However, it was disappointing that the hot tub was out of order during our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we would certainly consider returning.

missingWrote a review on Jun 29breathtaking viewsperfectly stocked kitchentranquil atmosphereoutdated pool
Staying in unit 4222 offered breathtaking views and a perfectly stocked kitchen that made our trip incredibly enjoyable. The oversized lanai was ideal for sunset watching, making it easy to unwind in the tranquil atmosphere.
The hot tub was out of order during my stay, and the pool area, while spacious, felt a bit dated. The location required a bit of a trek to reach the beach, and having to call for golf cart rides back and forth became somewhat inconvenient at times.

The location of Hanalei Bay Resort is stunning, with amazing views of the bay and mountains. I loved the spacious one-bedroom suite. The kitchen setup was convenient, giving me the option to prepare meals. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The pool area looked great, but the hot tub was out of order during my stay, which was disappointing. Also, the restaurant had limited hours and seemed understaffed, making it hard to find food options at times. The beach access was nice, but the walk to the beach was a bit of a trek. The gardens around the resort are beautifully landscaped and added to the ambiance. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the space cool, especially at night. I appreciated having a barbecue available, but only one was working. I enjoyed my time, but improvements on dining options and maintenance for the hot tub would enhance the stay.
